Jamie
Atkins
Managing Partner
James (Jamie) Atkins
is Director of Sales and is a Managing Partner.
Jamie comes to Altenae with 17 years of sales
and marketing experience in the large venue print
production and corporate sales as a Vice President
of Metro Media. During this time, Jamie serviced
many of the largest organizations in the country
with quality marketing and communication products
for most of the nation's major sports stadiums
and outdoor signage operators among others. For
the past several years he has performed PVC integration
project services focused primarily in commercial
sales and integration of rooftop or ground-mount
solar solutions. Jamie is highly skilled in the
comprehensive process of research we employ to
maximize our clients energy savings as well as
the project management to completion.
Henri
V. du Pont
Managing Partner
Henri V. du Pont is a
Managing Partner. Mr. du Pont has served as President
and CEO of start-ups he has previously founded
in areas of consumer goods. Mr. du Pont has had
extensive experience in developing sales and marketing
campaigns including focus groups, implementation
and execution. Mr. du Pont's duties have included
sourcing capital, partners, services, technology,
manufacturing and engineering processes.
Jack
Wick
Director of Business Development
J.B.
(Jack) Wick is Director of Business Development
and a Managing Partner. Jack brings nearly 20
years of experience in the environmental industry
in national on-site resource management. For four
years he previously worked in management for UPS
and was responsible for a team of 25 directing
operations at a facility in the Mid-Atlantic region.
He has also very active in the brewing industry
for the past 15 years and is Brew Master at the
Twin Lakes Brewing Company in Greenville Delaware
and was previously a Principal for Willingtown
Brewing Company LLC. Jack brings with him strong
client relationship and project management skills.

Senior Advisor
Sunil Antani is a Senior
Advisor. Mr. Antani has deep experience as an
executive and has a successful track record in
operations, technology and systems development.
Mr. Antani has served as the CIO/CTO or as a direct
report to the CIO of large financial institutions
during his 30 year career in banking.

Helen F. Corey is an Advisor to
Altenae. Ms. Corey is an experienced and innovative
global executive who has been instrumental in
the creation, transformation and management of
several successful operations. She has shown the
ability to deal with strategic issues and has
a clear understanding of the practical steps necessary
to achieve bottom-line results. Prior to Altenae
Ms. Corey served as the Director of New Markets
for MBNA Europe, where she oversaw functions for
managing the identification, research, recommendation,
and implementation of new market opportunities.
Ms. Corey has had her own company as well as worked
for companies such as Cisco Systems, Rhone-Poulenc
Rorer, Dun & Bradstreet, KPMG, Swiss Bank,
Bell Atlantic, and First USA.

Michael Schuck is an Advisor to
Altenae. Mr. Schuck has over 25 years of diversified
skills in leadership positions. Prior to joining
Altenae, Mr. Schuck served as an Executive with
MBNA Corporation where he managed the Financial
Institution sector, directing sales, marketing,
and strategies for over 500 banks, credit unions,
and mortgage companies. Mr. Schuck also spent
2 years as Assistant-to-the-Chairman and managed
the company's IPO. Prior to MBNA, Mr. Schuck worked
for Avon products in a variety of operational
and financial positions.

Paul Ward
Advisor
Gareth Paul Ward is an Advisor to Altenae. Mr. Ward has extensive experience
in developing technology based start-up companies
and has proven to have the analytical, creative
and strategic skills necessary to achieve positive
results. Mr. Ward has worked in both the software
and hardware industries, with a focus on operations,
finance, business development, marketing, corporate
branding, strategic partnerships, relationship
management and raising capital. Mr. Ward has served
as the CEO and COO for technology start-up companies
and has been instrumental in developing intellectual
